These are some random pictures from this past month...

LaLa and I made Zander, Connor, and Madison's Birthday cake!  It was a lot of work, so it's worth posting:)

A few weeks ago I had a bad migraine and was in bed for a full day. Sweet Gracie made me this picture and hung it on my door.  I am the one to the far right, and those things coming out of my head, those are my earrings:)

This is Jeremy's family, the Jackson side.  Every year they get together after Christmas to hang out.  In the middle at the bottom are Gramma and Grandpa Jackson.  Then on each side of them is their daughters.  All the grandkids and greatgrands were there too.  Even the outlaws made it in to the picture. (Those of us who aren't blood are called the outlaws:))

Jeremy's Grandpa is one of nine children, 6 bios and 3 foster.  So it makes for BIG family reunions!  Unfortunately I didn't get my camera out in time to get the whole gang.

Our Toast to Abbie

Laughter filled our home growing up, and a large part of that was due to Abbie! So we had to do a funny toast to honor her on her wedding day:)

Teaching for her seems like a breeze

Her kids all love her and that's a fact

But her true love her life did lack

Thanks to Rob and Debbie a blind date was set

Tubing in the mountains is where they met

But poor Erik lived two states away

Whooped he'd get and move here to stay

At 131 Main she got no dessert

Cause he was so nervous with a ring in his shirt

She said, "Yes!, without a doubt"

She found her true love we wanted to shout!

We love you dear Abbie, our memories we'll cherish

But the name brat girl will not soon perish

You're a beautiful girl, we'd say that you're rare

And for you, our sister we really do care

Marriage takes work but there's joy all the same

May life be long and happy, be on your "A"game

Abbie and Erik's Wedding

Whew! The wedding week has come to a close! It was such a fun time:)

My youngest sister Abbie got married this past Saturday.

Ab gave Dad a picture of her in her wedding dress swinging a ball bat. We all had a good cry and vowed not to cry again for the rest of the day:) I think we made it!

Baby Dedication

Reese's baby dedication was on Father's Day

This is pastor Jim...He prayed over the babies and encouraged the parents to raise their children up in the Lord. Really, I think it should be called a parent dedication:)

The Beach

We had great weather for the beach this time!

This was what the ocean looked like the first day we were there. It was so calm! Barely any waves and it was great for the girls.

The girls preferred the pool to the beach. What?! We can do that at home we told them, but no, they wanted to spend most of their days at the pool.
