It's a YES!!!!!! MR has a FOREVER home as a Balts girl!! Praise the Lord. We are rejoicing:)) It was so surreal sitting there listening to the judge tell my friend that she was allowed guardianship of a little girl she has been in love with and fighting for, for a YEAR.
Please pray for us as we wait for the written ruling and then apply for her visa!
She's a step closer to meeting her Daddy and siblings!!
